Rooms are only let out to approved and vetted users. Please do not attempt to book rooms without prior clearance from us.
A current insurance certificate is required before renting commences.
The time booked includes your time for setting up and vacating the room. If you require extra time to set up or to put the room back as you found it, please book it either side of your session time.
Please leave rooms as you find them; get rid of disposable rubbish, and return cups and glasses to the kitchen when you leave.
Rooms must be paid for in advance via the booking system unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Minimum notice for cancellation is 48 hours. If you cancel a booking and require a refund, please email via the “Contact” page at least 48 hours in advance of the booked time slot.
